Dr. Ishan Adhikari is a Clinical Neurophysiologist with specialization in Neurophysiology (Epilepsy and Neuromuscular Disorders) and Autonomic Disorders. Dr. Adhikari is a founder of Nepali League Against Epilepsy (NLAE), a network of health professionals, patients and families who are directly or indirectly involved in treating, caring and managing patients with epilepsy/seizure disorders in Southeast Asia. The keen understanding of audiovisual impacts on social health awareness influenced him to establish Global Nepali Health & Research Center (GNHRC) that has multiple international collaborations with common goal to uplift health of people through research and training in Southeast Asia
