Dr. David Epstein is a fellowship trained neurologist in clinical neurophysiology and epilepsy. Dr. Epstein completed his residency training at Walter-Reed Army Hospital, Washington, D.C. and the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. He later completed his fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology, National Capital Consortium at Walter-Reed Army Hospital.
